Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

Unwanted Goods & Exchanges

If you bought something but do not feel it or would like to exchange it for another product.

  • You can return the product within 7 working days of purchase, collection, delivery or receipt of goods.
    The item must be undamaged and unused, with the original packaging. You can open to check the product but cannot touch the product inside.
  • Once the product has been touched or used, it cannot be returned.
  • You will have to incur the delivery costs of the item back to us
  • Once we have checked the product and approved your return, we will credit your account (or refund you) within 7 working days.

Product damaged on delivery

If the product was delivered to you damaged. This only applies to products that were received damaged and not products that become damaged after delivery.

  • Notify us within 7 working days of purchase, collection, delivery or receipt of goods. Include photographs of damage in notification email.
  • If the item was delivered to you, we will collect it at no cost to you.
  • Once we have checked your product and approved the return, we will replace the product with another one or refund you should the product no longer be available.

Sorry, this is not what I ordered

If we delivered the wrong product or the product is grossly different to what was posted on our website.

  • Notify us within 7 working days of purchase, collection, delivery or receipt of goods.
  • The item must be undamaged and unused, with the original packaging.
    If the item was delivered to you, we will collect it at no cost to you.
  • Once we have checked the product and approved your return, we will deliver the correct product within 7 days or refund you should the product be out of stock.
